This website describes VitaGuard™, a product of Vita Digital. Published prices are a guide (the free plot screen and analyst review, and the monthly Watch plans). A surveyor visit is arranged and paid between you and the surveyor. A signed contract or subscription agreement governs a specific parcel or estate.

Plot Watch ($9 a month or $90 a year, billed by Stripe until you cancel) is an automated screen of free public satellite data (Sentinel-1 radar and Sentinel-2 photos, 10 m resolution). It compares your plot with its surroundings on each new pass and emails you when it detects a change. It does not visit the land, read beacons, or check ownership or title, and it can miss small or gradual changes (a few blocks, a moved or buried beacon, a cleared strip narrower than about 20 m), changes hidden by persistent cloud when only photos are available, and changes during gaps in satellite coverage. It can also flag changes that are harmless, such as flooding, seasonal burning or a neighbour's work near the boundary. Rainfall records and, where enabled, an automated AI review of the images are used to reduce false alarms; both can be wrong, and either can delay a large-change alert by a few satellite passes while we wait for confirmation. An alert is a reason to look closer, not proof of encroachment, and no alert is not a guarantee that nothing happened. A commercial close-up image, quoted before you pay, is a separate purchase. A surveyor visit you paid VitaGuard for before this change included 3 months of Plot Watch at no charge; it then stops unless you choose to continue. You can cancel at any time by replying to any Plot Watch email or messaging us on WhatsApp; we do not refund partial periods already started.
