Twelve night thermal patrols a month. Heat-signature stills or short clips when a person or a vehicle holds heat after dark. Only when a thermal-capable aircraft is available.

Client software guide about KES 75,000 a month (about $580). Your licence is about KES 19,000 a month for that site. Aircraft extra.
The larger figure is what you can put on your client’s invoice for the software. The smaller figure is the licence Vita invoices you. Flight, when you hire it, is about KES 15,000–25,000 an hour (about $115–190), or about $310–620 for a day, with a nationally licensed pilot. Flight is never inside either software figure. A USD figure is a guide. The invoice is in local currency.

The alert names the estate. The PDF title is the partner name on the account, or RoboAgro when none is set. The PDF has no logo. The time and the counts are filled from the patrol.
One number carries the alert and the answers. There is no separate security app to install. The alert names the estate. The buttons are Send Team, False Alarm, and Last Sighting.

Send team or False alarm. People stay in control. A structured reply replaces a chaotic group chat.
Last Sighting
The ground team can ask for the latest still or short clip and the pin again, on that same chat.
Questions on the thread
What was last seen, which zone, and whether the team acknowledged. The answer stays on the chat.
Clip, or a still
A critical alert can include a short clip. If no clip exists, the message still has a still and a pin. This is not a live video wall.
Hold and refresh
The aircraft can hold and update the location and the evidence while the team moves. It does not pursue.
Voice and language
English or Kiswahili. Optional voice on a critical event.
Zones and who should be there
Zone names, how sensitive each zone is, and who is expected on site, so the alert matches the post.
Coverage PDF
After the patrol stops: what was covered, how the team responded, and what remains on file.
Incident and attestation packs
Optional exports when a security lead, a board, an insurer, or a lender needs a stamped record. Not required for the alerts.
Your brand
You license the software and invoice your client. If another firm introduced the site, they can stay the client’s first contact. The client still receives the alerts and the PDF.
Clear limits
Not an autonomous guard
The aircraft can hold and refresh the pin. People decide Send team or False alarm.
Not “theft detected”
It marks a person or a vehicle in the frame. The team decides how to respond.
Not an unattended robot
A person flies the coverage, and a person acknowledges the alert. The software does not replace the guards.
Not an all-in flying fee
The monthly software fee does not include the aircraft or the pilot. Flight is billed separately, about $115–190 an hour as a guide.
Not a thermal camera on every site
Night thermal runs only when a thermal-capable aircraft is available. Day camera does not need one.
Not two packs at once
One active pack: day camera or night thermal. They do not stack.
