The message names the farm and signs off as RoboAgro Field Scout. The PDF title is RoboAgro. The advisory line is one sentence. Spray stays with the farm’s usual team.
The farm can be billed about KES 150–250 per hectare (about $1.20–$1.90) for the advice. Your licence is about KES 25–40 per hectare, and at least about KES 5,000 on a flight. You invoice the farm. Vita invoices you for the licence. Flight is a separate line, about KES 15,000–25,000 an hour (about $115–190) or about $310–620 for a day, with a nationally licensed pilot, billed the way you already hire air.

You can see that the note reached the phone, including when a rural network delivers it late.
Farm flight history
Each flight leaves a record: what flew, what was found, and what was sent.
Between-flight cues
Optional satellite context between flights, to help decide when to fly next. A cue, not a live farm map. The advice still comes from the scout flight.
Beside the spray stack
The note sits next to the maps and the spray contractor the farm already uses. Scout does not spray.
Optional risk packs
An insurance, agri-credit, or irrigation summary, about $40–80 a pack, when a partner needs one. Not required for the WhatsApp note.
Your invoice
The note names the farm and signs off as RoboAgro Field Scout. The farm does not have to buy an aircraft. You fly, or you hire the pilot, and you bill that flight yourself.
Clear limits
Not estate security
Scout is crop advice after a field flight. It is not day camera or night thermal, Send team, or a coverage PDF. Those are on Security.
Not a replacement for spray maps
Advice sits beside the maps and the contractor the farm already uses. This is not a spraying service.
Not a drone the farm must buy
A licensed pilot flies. The farm receives WhatsApp. The aircraft is a separate hire on your invoice.
Not a live satellite farm map
A satellite cue can help decide when to fly next. The advice still comes from the scout flight.
Not the security fee
Scout is priced per hectare after a flight. Day camera and night thermal are a monthly patrol pack.
