Who built VitaGuard
VitaGuard™ was built by an engineer who has bought and managed property while living in another country. The same person writes the software that turns satellite pictures and a seller's documents into a short written note.
We are not surveyors or lawyers. When a plot passes the screen and you want the ground checked, hire a licensed surveyor and pay them (Surveyors Council of Nigeria, the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, or Kenya's Land Surveyors' Board). Title questions go to a land lawyer.
How VitaGuard™ protects your investment
- Step 1 · Stage 1 Satellite Screen and Analyst Review (free): elevation and 37 years of surface-water history for the exact pin, then a person reviews the plot's satellite history and the seller's documents and sends a written verdict
- Step 2 · Hire a licensed surveyor: you pay them to check the corner beacons and chart the coordinates at the land registry (Lagos e-GIS, AGIS, the Lands Commission, or Ardhisasa). VitaGuard does not take that fee
- Step 3A/3B · While You Own or Farm (Plot Watch $9/mo or $90/yr · Farm & Boundary Watch™ $19/mo): Plot Watch emails before-and-after images when the land changes. Farm & Boundary Watch adds unlimited Survey Plan Location, Estate Fee, Builder Quote, and Concrete Mix checks, includes Plot Watch for one plot, and once a month says whether the plot kept up with the land around it and whether the plot itself looks bare, thinly covered, or green. The note does not name a crop or who did the work
- Step 3C · While You Fence or Build (Build & Milestone Watch™ — $29/mo): Everything in Farm Watch, plus a monthly build note from the satellite photos and radar, the Site-Photo Check, and scanning a photo of a survey plan, offer letter, or builder quote. The photo stays on your device. The build note cannot name the building stage
