Privacy
Vita Digital (“we”) does not sell or lease personal data. This public site does not run ads or a marketing pixel beyond what your browser sends to load the page (fonts from Google Fonts). To count how many people visit each day, each page sends a small signal to our own server. We turn your IP address and browser name into a one-way code that changes every day and keep only that code and the date, never the IP address itself. No cookies are set.
If you email [email protected], we use your name and message to reply and to arrange a visit. Please do not send passwords or access credentials by email.
To unlock the free run of the buyer and builder tools, we ask for your email (and, if you choose, a WhatsApp number). We check that the address can receive mail, store it with the name of the first tool you tried, and may email you about your check or our plans. Every email includes a way to opt out. We may email you a one-time code to confirm the address is yours. The numbers, documents and photos you put into the tools are processed in your browser and are not sent to us; the survey plan check sends only the plot's computed centre point to OpenStreetMap to name the nearest place.
If you ask us to email a free plot screen, we store your email address with that pin, the result and when you asked. We email the result straight away, a short explanation two days later, a note about the free document review and the surveyor visit five days later, and a note about Plot Watch ten days later. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and a reply comes to [email protected]. Asking again for a different pin starts the notes over for the new pin.
When you request a free analyst review, we store your email, WhatsApp number (if given), the plot location and your answers, run the satellite screen on that location, and email you an automatic first look. A person then reviews the plot and any documents you send, and replies by email or WhatsApp. We keep the request and our replies so we can answer follow-up questions. Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.
When you start Plot Watch (or preview a plot there), the plot's coordinates are sent to Microsoft Planetary Computer to find and measure Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 satellite images of that spot. We store your email, WhatsApp number (if given), the plot pin and label, and the measurements from each satellite pass, so we can alert you and show the history. The coordinates are also sent to NASA's POWER service to look up rainfall for the plot. When a large change is detected and AI review is switched on, the satellite image clips of the plot and the measurements (not your name, email, phone number or coordinates) are sent to Anthropic's Claude to describe the likely cause. Our own notices about your watch (so we can follow up or forward an alert) include your email, WhatsApp number and the plot pin, and reach us through Web3Forms and Resend. Payment is handled by Stripe; we keep the subscription reference, not your card. Your private watch link contains a key; anyone you share it with can see the plot's status page, with your email partly hidden. The same link can also open an upload page. A photo or video sent there is read once for its date and location, that reading is emailed to you, and the file is not kept. Cancelled watches are kept so you can restart with the history intact; email us to have one deleted.
Plot screens, watch measurements and the emails we send you are kept so we can show your history and answer follow-ups. You may ask to access, correct, or delete contact details we hold by emailing [email protected].
