Estate security is a monthly coverage retainer — day camera or night thermal, one pack at a time. Alerts include a photo or short video clip, a WhatsApp chatbot, and questions on the same thread. Scout is crop advice after a field flight, about $1.20–1.90 per hectare. In both cases the aircraft is a separate hire.

USD guide, local invoice. Security is a monthly session retainer — day camera or night thermal, one pack at a time. Scout is per hectare after a flight. Neither includes aircraft time. A first site can start as a short pilot — ask how long that runs.

How you buy

After you enquire: a visit, then one paid flight, then a retainer or per-hectare advisory. Flight is never inside the platform fee.

Direct with your estate or farm

You contract RoboAgro. Licensed local pilots fly. You receive a monthly invoice for the platform. Flight is a separate hire — or you use your own licensed pilot.

Someone introduced you

That person may stay your first point of contact. You still receive the WhatsApp alerts and coverage record. Flight hire is billed as its own line.

The monthly security retainer does not prepay flight hours, and it is not the scout fee.

Academy

Cohort seats are quoted with the host hub. Shared Mini 3/4 kits, English teaching, a named instructor in the air. That quote is not a flying licence and is not the security or scout price list.

Common questions

Does the monthly fee include flying?

No. The retainer is WhatsApp alerts, the session quota, and the coverage PDF. Aircraft and pilot are a separate hire.

Is scout the same as estate security?

No. Scout is crop advice after a field flight, priced per hectare. Security is a monthly patrol retainer — day camera or night thermal — with a photo or short video clip, a WhatsApp chatbot, Send Team / False Alarm, questions on the thread, and a coverage PDF.

Do we get video, or only stills?

Alerts can include a short video clip on WhatsApp when evidence exists. If no clip is available, you still get a still and a pin. Last Sighting re-sends the latest still or clip. This is not a live video wall.

Can I run day camera and night thermal together?

No. One active security pack at a time. Night thermal also needs a thermal-capable aircraft. Flight is billed separately on both packs.

Is the Academy an NCAA licence?

No. It is an English skills course on shared Mini 3/4 kits with a named instructor in the air. Licence fees stay with the aviation authority.
