Cancellation Policy

 1. Service Cancellations: Clients may cancel an engagement within 48 hours of contract execution for a full refund of any initial deposit, provided work has not commenced. 

2. Specialized AI Services: Due to the resource-intensive nature of Sim-to-Real AI modeling and robotics simulation, fees are non-refundable once the technical deployment phase has begun.
