8-week curriculum (outline)

Weeks 1–2 · Fly safeMini 3/4 basics, keep the aircraft in sight, local rules, mission checklist

Weeks 3–4 · ScoutGrid capture, imagery upload, hotspot reading on scout-grade photos

Weeks 5–6 · AdviseWhatsApp farm advice in English, follow-up, session records

Weeks 7–8 · ProtectDaytime RGB patrol basics, alert path, evidence mindset — no chase / no night thermal promise

Hub aircraft (Mini 3/4). Scout and daytime coverage — not spray-drone certification.

Capture → review → WhatsApp advise → export. The same loop paid estate and farm work uses.

One live scout with proof the advice arrived — a portfolio piece for graduates.

Daytime perimeter awareness on Mini-class aircraft an estate can start with.

A route toward flying under a cleared instructor — this course is not a national licence.

Joint certificate with the host hub, and a closing demo for farms and co-ops.

For a host hub: classroom, shared Mini kits, and a field day on a local plot.

Cohort (8 weeks): Priced with the host hub in local currency. Shared kits. Licence exam fees are separate.
Sponsored seats: Bulk rate for a youth cohort — typically 15–25 people
After the course: Graduates can run paid scout and daytime coverage on the same WhatsApp loop
Estate daytime add-on: Optional module for graduates serving fenced farms
